IT'S TIME TO HEAL
My name is Kristi, and I’m an Integrative Health and Fitness Coach who helps chronically stressed individuals break free from inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and stubborn fat loss. I specialize in root-cause health using functional labs, personalized nutrition, and training that works with the nervous system. My approach rebuilds key foundations like minerals, metabolism, gut health, and stress resilience so clients can stop forcing progress and start feeling steady, strong, and confident in their bodies.
Movement and discipline shaped my life early on. I was a lifelong athlete, D1 athlete, avid surfer, and later became a bodybuilding professional and fitness coach. From the outside, I appeared strong, driven, and healthy—but years of chronic stress quietly began to take its toll. Brain fog, low energy, anxiety, low mood, and bouts of depression became my normal, even though I was doing everything I had been taught was “right.”
Like many women I now work with, I was told my labs were normal and that nothing was wrong. But I didn’t feel fine. And I knew my body was asking for answers that conventional testing wasn’t providing.


That search led me beyond traditional fitness and standard lab work and into integrative, root-cause health. Deeper testing revealed underlying imbalances and eventually an autoimmune condition—finally giving context to symptoms I had been dismissed for years. Being handed a prescription without understanding why my body was struggling didn’t feel like a solution, so I chose to keep digging.
I began running functional labs, studying functional and integrative health, and connecting the dots between stress, hormones, metabolism, immune function, and the nervous system. What I learned changed everything: healing isn’t about forcing the body to comply—it’s about restoring balance and creating the internal environment where the body can regulate and repair.

Already working as a women's health and fitness coach, I chose to expand my education and became an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) so I could help other women avoid years of confusion, dismissal, and self-blame.
Today, my work bridges performance, physiology, and root-cause healing.
I help others who are strong, driven, and exhausted understand what their bodies are actually asking for so they can stop pushing against themselves and start restoring balance.
My mission is to guide you back to foundational health, using insight, compassion, and strategy that honors both the root cause and your natural rhythm.
